Fine PET insect screening with low visual obstruction.
PET Invisible Screen Mesh
PET invisible screen mesh is woven from fine solution-dyed monofilament to create a light, flexible, and low-visibility insect screen. It is suited to window screens, sliding doors, replacement panels, and light-duty ventilation openings.
Fine openings support insect control while the dark monofilament preserves ventilation and a clear outward view. Mesh count, filament diameter, roll width, roll length, color, hydrophobic treatment, and packing can be selected by order.

Product Advantages
- Fine insect screening: Dense PET openings provide a physical barrier to small insects.
- Clear outward view: Dark fine monofilament reduces glare and visual interference.
- Light and flexible: PET mesh is easy to handle, cut, and fit into screen frames.
- Solution-dyed color: Color through the monofilament supports a consistent appearance.
- Optional surface treatment: Hydrophobic finishing and custom roll specifications are available.
Structure
Solution-dyed PET monofilaments are interwoven into a fine and consistent grid, with 0.12 mm filament and 60 mesh available as reference options. The color runs through the filament, and an optional hydrophobic surface treatment can be applied after weaving.
Working Principle
The fine PET grid forms a physical barrier to small insects while allowing air and light through its open area. Low mass and flexible monofilament make the mesh easy to handle, while the dark color reduces reflections and visual interference.
