HD Square-Hole Aluminum Alloy Screen Mesh
HD square-hole aluminum alloy screen mesh is woven from lightweight 5154 aluminum-magnesium alloy wire. Its fine, regular openings support clear outward views, natural airflow, and everyday insect control for modern door and window systems.
The mesh is easy to handle, cut, and fit into fixed, sliding, casement, or replacement screen frames. Mesh count, wire diameter, roll width, length, color, and finish can be coordinated with fabrication requirements.

Structure
Closely controlled aluminum-magnesium alloy wires are interwoven at right angles to form consistent square openings. The woven roll can then receive electrostatic spray, baked coating, pickled, or stainless-look finishing according to the required appearance and exposure conditions.
Working Principle
Fine wire and consistent square apertures reduce visual obstruction while allowing air to pass through the screen. The alloy wire keeps the mesh light and dimensionally stable, helping it sit flat after tensioning in a compatible frame.
