Structure
5154 aluminum-alloy wires are woven into fine square openings, with 14 mesh available as a reference configuration. A black protective finish covers the woven surface, and the mesh may be cut as panels or supplied in rolls to suit the fabrication process.
Working Principle
The crossing alloy wires distribute tension through the mesh while the fine openings maintain airflow and outward visibility. The lightweight material reduces handling load compared with heavier steel screens and remains stable when correctly tensioned in its frame.
